德国亚马逊自营平台如何处理Auth_Report?

如题。我有收到Auth_Report的邮件，怎么在亚马逊后台处理呢？这封邮件到底是什么意思？每次收到这种邮件，都会被扣款。就是扣Total Refund显示的金额。我也有按照他说的回复这封邮件，把附件表格的 Quantity 改成0，Refund 改成0，企图拒绝他扣款。附件中式亚马逊给我发的表格，我把其他信息都用*号表示.红字是我修改然后回复的，但是每次还是扣款。谁能教我这种邮件怎么处理才能避免扣款？

收到的邮件如下：

Please download and review the attached Excel file and provide RMA numbers(column H), then send back the Excel file tode-removals-sla-tier1-electronics@amazon.com.

If you would like to reject quantity or reduce refund amount, please edit "Approved Quantity"(column J) and "Approved Refund"(column K) in the excel file.

After the Auto Process Date in the Excel file, if no RMA number is provided, the return items will be auto-processed by Amazon.de.

不是常理上的FBA。。。是德国亚马逊经理直接给我发的账号，帮我注册好了，然后我直接上传产品，亚马逊自动下单，我根据订单，把货物邮寄给亚马逊仓库。亚马逊收到货物后，45-60天内付款，DDP。
