更换信用卡后出现的问题

因为公司政策调整，昨天财务部要求我将亚马逊上面的Master Card更改。成功修改后，亚马逊发了封邮件过来，要求我向指定邮箱发送相关文件：1、订单，收据，发票； 2、产品的测试文件。是不是把亚马逊发的所有订单提醒和产品发布提醒的邮件，全都转发回去？
请问默总应如何正确处理？
