在后台开了CASE,然后一个客服回复要等. 邮件内容如下: As per your last email, I understand that you are a new seller at Amazon platform and you account status is reflecting as suspended.
As per my research, I came to know that you have registered at Amazon today 14th June, 2017. Hence, please be informed that the account status remains inactive for every new seller at initial stage for verification.
I would like to inform you that the verification process for your seller account is still under process and might take around 10 to 12 business days to get completed.
Therefore, please be patient till the time the verification would be successfully completed.
I apologies for making you take an additional step regarding this issue, but this is just to ensure that we provide you a clear resolution to avoid any future discrepancy.
I would also like to inform you, this is a normal verification procedure which every new seller is supposed to go through. Thus, please be assured that once the Verification team would successfully verify the documents that you have provided while registering your seller account, they would surely accelerate the procedure so as to reinstate your seller central account. Hence, please keep Patience for some more days and do not worry in this regard, once this account verification will be completed, you will be able to sell through this account.
