品牌备案被拒7次了，求解？

家居类，JP站，
刚开始在淘宝上找人做的杯子上印logo，没有通过。
后找服务商说包通过，产品和包装盒都有logo, 各种角度、手持都没有通过。原因如下：

We are unable to approve your application at this time due to the following reasons:
The brand name on your product images doesnot match the brand on the brand application.
Please ensure that the trademark name isclearly visible on your product images.
无论是1000*1000的尺寸还是4000*4000的尺寸，都无法通过。
PS：第一次需要提交合同和发票，但是后面几次都没有提交合同发票的窗口（老账号）
崩了，已经没招了，求救。
