【CPC求助】玩具品类CPC审核一直不过审

求助各位大佬，玩具品类CPC已经多次修改提交但还是无法过审，邮件回复每次都是一样的内容。邮件回复如下：
1. Please be informed that we can only accept product images. Therefore, kindly take clear photo of the product and product packaging clearly displaying:

i) Warning label (as applicable)

In order to review your documents related to Product Assurance of Toys, please submit them on Seller Central using the following steps:

a. In Seller Central, click the Performance menu, and choose Account Health;
b. Under Policy Compliance, click on Compliance Documentation Requests;
c. In the search results, click the Provide Documentation link next to the ASIN;
d. Follow the steps in the Submit required documents section to start the application process


2. Please update CPSIA Warning Attribute in detail page.


3. In order to move forward with the approval process, please submit the Children’s Product Certificate (CPC) that is issued by the manufacturer, importer, or priVATe labeler based on the guidelines stated in the Consumer Product Safety Commission website.

The CPC that has been previously provided cannot be accepted as it is issued from the testing laboratory.

By applying to list these products, you certify that all materials you submit in conjunction with your application are true, authentic and accurate. If you do not submit the documents requested it may impact your ability to list these products.

先前提供的CPC不能被接受，因为它是从测试实验室发出的。这句话要特别注意，CPC不能是实验室签发哦

提交CPC的证书是实验室给的模板，你们填好美国进口商信息，然后跟测试报告一起提交，还有亚马逊后台的信息 ...

是指listing里的信息吧，现在listing已经被后台给删除了，请问还是在原listing里修改吗，listing有没有恢复的可能呢

新建一个Listing，或者开客服问一下，然后按照之前说的那些要求把信息更新一下

好的，最好是能把listing拿回来，标签都贴好了，如果换listing就太麻烦了

重新弄一份提交应该可以的吧？？？
