listng被关

昨天有个客户邮件说拉链坏了，因产品是亚马逊仓库发货的，我们这边跟客户沟通是需要补发我们这边可以补发，退款请他联系亚马逊客服。接着今天收到亚马逊邮件这个listing被关，后来重新relist打开了，现在有个疑问如果这个产品多次relist 会导致账号被关的吗？另查看了下客户退货退款写产品质量问题的不多，都是些觉得尺寸太大或者太小的，还有客户提到包包中收到可可粉，这是完全不可能的事情。

只是退货的问题不至于关账号
但退货这么多你listing描述是不是有什么问题有误导性描述没写清楚才会引发尺寸问题
