亚马逊回复邮件说已删除，但是3天了差评依然存在。是需要时间反应，还是亚马逊评论团队根本没有帮我删除？有没有遇到这种情况的。

问了客服，客服不能处理，只能再找评论团队。之后在评论团队的邮件上询问，没有任何回复。之后再重新找评论团队删除，全是拒绝。不知道怎么搞了
