如何看自己的performance:在seller central-performance界面直接查询 “No MFN” Beginning 6/15, to protect customers from poor purchasing experiences while preserving FBA offers on Amazon, TRMS Investigators and automated systems will disable MFN for sellers whose MFN performance has failed to meet Amazon targets as measured by pre-fulfillment cancel rate (< 2.5%), late ship rate (< 4%), and order defect rate (< 1%). When a seller’s MFN privileges have been removed, their existing “Fulfilled by Merchant” listings are cancelled and any “Fulfilled by Merchant” listings the seller attempts to create in the future will be cancelled as well. “Fulfilled by Amazon” listings are unaffected when a seller loses their MFN privileges and the seller’s existing MFN listings can be converted to FBA. Sellers subject to the “No MFN” intervention who previously used MFN only can add FBA to their selling account. No MFN intervention will be applied to sellers who use both MFN and FBA when theirMFN performance warrants intervention and their FBA performance meets Amazon targets. Sellers whose FBA performance does not meet Amazon targets will continue to be subject to account level suspension and expulsion. “New Late Ship Rate” In late March 2015, Amazon changed the way we calculate late shipment rate (LSR) for EU sellers. To help better set customer expectations, an order is now considered late if shipment is not confirmed by the expected ship date. An order was previously considered late when the ship confirmation was overdue by three or more days. We made this change because we heard from customers that when sellers confirm after the expected ship date, it raises customer anxiety and results in increased negative feedback and claims. We will begin enforcing based on this new definition of late shipment rate on 7/1 in the EU. A banner in Seller Central was posted last week notifying sellers of this change. The top impacted sellers were notified with a dedicated email this week, and we started warning sellers based on the new late shipment definition this week as well.
